We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that our patrons enjoy their meals in a welcoming and friendly environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Process payments through cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food service practices and restaurant operations. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in food preparation is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
