Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our patrons.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently for processing transactions. Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas. Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to health and safety standards. Provide support in food service operations during peak hours, ensuring timely service. Address customer concerns or issues promptly, aiming for complete satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the establishment.
