Job Description

```Duties``` - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues - Assist with food preparation and plating when needed - Handle cash and process payments using the POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably as a server or server/server - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of food items - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
