Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Follow recipes for cocktails and standards and procedures. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Adhere to food safety guidelines and restaurant policies at all times. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Make drinks as per customer orders

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guest
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
