Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items or specials. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing dishes as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest safety.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and cashiering procedures is beneficial. Ability to operate POS systems for order processing efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. A proactive attitude towards helping others, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
