Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, managing guest interactions, and supporting the overall dining experience. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills. The Server will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to support smooth operations Manage guest inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong skills in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality principles Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and order accuracy Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide exceptional guest services

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
