Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly and courteously Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; hospitality or guest services experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS and basic math skills for cashiering and billing tasks Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Basic kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
