This Role Is For You If:
You believe hospitality is about

You have
5+ years of experience
(fine dining or italian background preferred)
You have
WSET 1
or other equivilant wine training (the more wine knowledge the better)
You don't just take orders -- you
guide the experience
You treat your section like
your own small business
You're curious, eager to learn, and always looking to level up
You read the room instinctively and adjust with ease
You care deeply about food, wine, and how guests feel at the table
You take pride in howyou serve, not just how fast

What You'll Be Doing:
Creating warm, memorable guest experiences from greeting to goodbye
Leading guests confidently through food and wine selections
Selling with intention -- thoughtful recommendations, not upsell pressure
Owning your section with pride, awareness, and accountability
Working closely with a tight-knit FOH & BOH team
