Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will minimum 5 years experience and have a passion for hospitality. A strong understanding and passion of the food and wine is a must. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving food, and providing excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.

You must meet all qualifications in order to apply.

Bartender experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, seat and present menus. Recommend menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials with confidence, adding value to our guests' dining experience. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments through the POS system, and manage tabs for customers. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.

Qualifications

5 years serving and bartending experience required. Strong knowledge of wine. Strong customer service and outgoing personality Knowledge with POS systems and entering orders to kitchen. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the food service industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Professional and well groomed appearance.
