Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic math skills to ensure correct billing. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to proper sanitation practices. Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing cash transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest needs promptly. Provide assistance to guests with dietary restrictions or special requests, showcasing excellent hospitality skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others is essential for success in this role. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
