Are you quick on your feet? Do you have a passion for customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests? If so, then you might be the next great Server to join our dynamic team. Our Servers ensure that guest expectations have been met (and exceeded) at every turn. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all guests with a smile (S-10, G-5)
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
- Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre\xe2\x80\x90bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests; keep manager or shift leader promptly and fully informed of all problems
- Perform opening and closing duties as well as any side duties
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
- Assist bartenders/bar when business needs dictate with tasks such as preparing alcoholic beverages, stocking the bar, bar inventories and reconciliation, general cleanliness and maintenance of bar area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as required
- 1+ years of serving experience
- ProServe Certificate
- Strong customer service
- Friendly, energetic, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)
