We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and positive team-oriented individuals to join our restaurant team. We are willing to train the right candidates. This position involves working directly with the public to provide Food and Beverage services and assist guests in enjoying themselves while they are here. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant and enjoy interacting with a variety of people.

Essential Duties: Table service, drinks service, bartending, event serving and food running.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write fluent English.

2. Previous service experience

3. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience

Responsibilities:

Deliver friendly and timely service to customers. Solid knowledge of all menu items including food and beverage. Efficient and accurate use of the POS system. Opening and closing duties as outlined. Have knowledge of a range of bar tools and techniques. Prepare drinks according to customer preference. Check identification of customers served to ensure that they are at least 19 years old. Offer customers appetizers and other food items. Maintain orderliness of the bar while keeping it stocked with ice, beer, mixers, and the like. Restock bar tools and cleaning supplies as needed. Take care of customer payment. Keep customer information confidential. Other duties as assigned.
Must be Smart Serve Certified
Bar and liquor knowledge is an asset. At least 2 years of serving or bartending experience is required.
Legal age to serve alcohol

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
