Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner. Ensure that all tables are properly set and sanitized before serving. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety standards. Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.

Skills

Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
