Job Description

: The Banff Aspen Lodge is in search of a Server for the Breakfast Room. The Server is responsible for displaying and maintaining a positive, friendly and courteous attitude at all times. Daily duties include preparing the breakfast room for opening, ensuring buffet and beverage stations are stocked, tables are supplied with the necessary utensils, clean and replenish tables throughout the morning and handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Required Qualifications

:

Ability to speak, write and read English is required, additional languages is an asset

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional customer relations skills

Other Information:

Starting Wage: $16/ hour plus tips. With a review after 3 months and a 90 day probationary period

Hours per Week: 20-30 hours

No Staff Accommodation available
