We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training related to food safety and guest services to enhance personal performance and restaurant standards.
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, showcasing familiarity with the food industry.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Experience with POS systems, is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
