We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required. Hospitality background is must. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments. Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and safety standards is advantageous. Experience using POS systems is a plus but training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
