We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout service. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Experience with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is highly desirable. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards in the food industry. Previous restaurant experience, including serving, hosting, or bussing roles is beneficial. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
