Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server tojoin our team in delivering exceptional diningexperiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play avital role in ensuring customer satisfaction byproviding prompt, friendly service and maintaining awelcoming atmosphere. Your ability to multitask andmanage time effectively will contribute to the overallsuccess of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly mannerensuring they feelwelcome. Take accurate food and drink orders using thePOS system. Provide detailed menu information, includingdaily specials and recommendations. Prepare and serve food and beverages whileadhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuringaccuracy in cash handling.Assist with food preparation as needed.maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.Upsell menu items to enhance guest experienceand increase sales. Respond promptly to guest inquiries andrequests, providing assistance as required.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timelydelivery of orders. Maintain a clean and organized dining areathroughout service.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes

Skills

Experience in the food industry with knowledgeof food preparation and handling practices.Experience in cashiering and cash handling0procedures. Strong upselling skills to promote menu itemseffectively. Excellent time management abilities to handlemultiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment. Strong communication skills to interactpositively with guests and team members.A helpful attitude towards customers, ensuringtheir needs are met promptly.
