Server Qualifications:

You are a positive, fun-loving person with a growth mindset You have a minimum of 1 year experience serving or bartending in a comparable full-service restaurant environment You are available to work nights, weekends and holidays - you may also be able to work during the day, (part-time) You are Smart Serve Certified You are 'all about' providing Guests with an amazing experience that makes them want to return to see you You are a strong team player & have equally strong communication skills You never turn your head from a standard, and you are ready to learn about our food, beverage and service standards You may be passionate about beer, and have a good level of beer knowledge You are physically able to remain standing & active for extended periods (8+ hours) You are able to make a minimum 1-year commitment to our team You may be interested in growing your career in hospitality
