Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests' tables. Ensure that all food safety standards are followed during service. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed. Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Provide attentive service to guests, checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is a plus. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including afternoons and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
