Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns. Process payments accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit transactions. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing dishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy environment.

Pay: $17.20-$34.33 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
