For over 20 years, Quattro Restaurant has been an icon of Italian brilliance in the Whistler dining landscape. Acquired in late 2020 by local entrepreneurs Jay & James Pare, Quattro is in the middle of a resurgence to the famed popularity of the last decade.
Quattro Restaurant is an upscale but energetic environment looking for individuals who wants to be involved in the growth of the restaurant. We prioritize a good attitude and warm personality over experience, however previous fine dinning experience is useful.
Our family consists of professionals whose focus on service is supported by their in-depth knowledge of the menu and wine. We promote a family-first culture, and our goal is to make it feel like our guests have joined us for dinner in our homes,. We aim to provide a fun, comfortable yet elegant atmosphere for our guests to dine in.
