Job Description
Carlino, a Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant in the downtown core focusing on the rustic cuisine of Friuli, is looking for a Server Assistant to join our close-knit team! This position is for a flexible morning and evening schedule.
Duties include, but are not limited to interacting with guests, greeting, seating, expediting the kitchen pass and running food, clearing, re-setting, managing reservations, fulfilling server drink and coffee orders and supporting the service team wherever necessary to create flawless and memorable guest experiences.
You have:
A positive, warm attitude Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role (counter service, caffe service, and/or bussing) A keen eye and attention to detail Serving it Right certification Italian food & wine knowledge is considered an asset Barista experience considered an asset
