Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Server Assistant

to join our front-of-house team at a high-volume Italian restaurant. This role is essential to maintaining smooth service, supporting the service team, and ensuring every guest receives their dishes promptly and presented at the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, accurately, and with care Support servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables Assist with bread service, water service, and guest needs throughout service Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas Handle plates and equipment safely and professionally during busy service periods Anticipate the needs of both guests and the service team during peak hours

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $220.00-$250.00 per day
