We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the front-of-house staff by ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors. Operate the POS system for order entry and processing payments as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure excellent guest services. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist in cleaning and organizing kitchen areas to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food handling and preparation techniques. Experience using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
