We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will support the serving staff by maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, assisting with food preparation, and providing excellent customer service. Duties

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors. Support food preparation tasks in the kitchen as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing when required. Assist with cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or large parties. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques. Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role. Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not required.
