Responsibilities: (All of the above, and below, but not exhaustive of what the position entails)

• Report to and take direction from entire Management team
• Maintain excellent knowledge on venue specific information location, menu, games, capacity, table numbers, etc
• Assist with opening and closing the venue and setting the Team up for success
• Maintenance and upkeep of bathroom cleanliness, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and garbage bins
• Overall maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of the restaurant and bar
• Weekly maintenance + organization of the walk in fridges/keg fridge
• Ensure bar is stocked with liquor, beer and wine
• Ensure garbage, recycling, and broken glass bins are set up
• Ensure Server stations are stocked with appropriate plates, napkins, roll ups, etc
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Responsible for pre-bussing throughout service
• Assist Servers in taking orders, or relaying orders to be punched in
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate the flow of service
• Assist in maintaining up- to- date and excellent product knowledge on all food and beverage menus
• Assisting with the flow of service and running food and beverage
• Ensure guest surfaces are cleaned and sanitized
• Assist in table maintenance by bussing tables and clearing glassware and plates
• To maintain and uphold a positive and inclusive workplace culture for both staff and guests
• Greet Guests in a friendly and welcoming attitude and seat guests to their table.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations and provide information to guests
• Organize seating and server floor plan
• General clean up of work area.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work as a Team
• Ability to follow simple instructions
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, Polite, Energetic and Outgoing Attitude.
• Able to communicate in a professional manner to guests, in person and on the phone.
• Computer Savvy and able to lean and use Point of Sale System and Open Table App.
• Able to stand for long length of shift, bend at the knees, move quickly up/down stairs, ability to lift 50lbs.
• Eagerness to learn
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude
• Flexibility in work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:

• Bi-weekly pay $16.55/hour
• Bi Weekly cash tip out
• Free or discounted meals/soft drinks
