We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On Floor Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and lead a team to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Train and develop staff on food preparation techniques, customer service skills, and operational procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee the operation of POS systems such as Toast. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices throughout the establishment. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and presentation. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.

Skills

Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of food handling practices, culinary techniques, and kitchen management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Experience in staff training, development, and performance management. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting in a restaurant setting. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Leadership qualities with experience in supervising teams within the hospitality industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
