POSITION FOCUS
Delivers genuine, exceptional, and immaculate guest focus to our dining and bar guests. Has enthusiasm and knowledge of our menu offerings, drink menu and any on-going promotion. Excellent personality with a passion for the Hospitality Industry.

Taking accurate orders of food and beverage while giving attentive, revenue-generating suggestions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains cleanliness of working area.
Takes accurate orders of food and beverages while giving attentive, revenue generating suggestions.

Complete daily, weekly and quarterly cleaning checklists.

Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing jobs as instructed.

Appearance must be clean and professional with a cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
Must be able to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player attitude.
Must be an excellent communicator with strong multi-tasking skills.
Must have Food Handlers Certification and Smart Serve.
Minimum experience of 1-year server/bartending required.

Notify F&B leadership, maintenance department or MOD of malfunctioning equipment, supplies needed or damage to floor covering upholstery.
Follow all safety guidelines to ensure safety and protection of self, associates, and guests.
Excellent math skills
Able to wok alone, but committed to the team

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

Provides assistance to other outlets and hotel departments to contribute to the best overall performance.
Must fully comply with rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of the hotel facilities.

ABILITIES
Lifting cleaning supplies -30 lbs., pushing and pulling equipment -30 lbs., carrying supplies -30 lbs. (All done frequently during shift). Bending to start machines and load chemicals -done frequently during a shift. Must be able to be on feet and walk behind floor care equipment for a full shift. Continuous standing may be required. No driving required.
