Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Ajisen Ramen. Located in Ajax, Ontario, this role is essential for providing our customers with an outstanding dining experience by delivering excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction with our delicious ramen offerings.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and tables. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders accurately. Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen environments is a plus.
