We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings, is highly valued. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy their visit from start to finish.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience Support host/host duties as needed, including seating guests and managing reservations

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including serving, bussing, or host/host positions Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling Experience in fine dining or nightlife environments is a plus but not required Knowledge of food industry terminology including food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices Ability to work flexible hours including nights; nightclubs experience is advantageous but not mandatory
