We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Septic Pump Truck Operator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our septic service trucks, providing essential services to our clients, and upholding our reputation for quality and reliability.

*Responsibilities:
Operate septic pump trucks for residential and commercial service calls. Conduct pre- and post-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Perform septic tank pumping, cleaning, and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and regulatory compliance. Navigate to job sites using GPS and company-provided schedules. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including completion of required documentation and processing of customer payments. Provide exceptional customer service, including answering client questions and offering basic septic system care advice. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Class 5 driver's license with air brake endorsement (or equivalent) and a clean driving record. Previous experience in operating pump trucks or related equipment is preferred. Knowledge of septic systems and wastewater management is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift weights as required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or emergencies.
