What you\xe2\x80\x99ll create and do

You\xe2\x80\x99ll develop your consulting skills in a dynamic, diverse, and fast paced M&A team focused on helping create and capture value throughout an acquisition or a divestiture. You\xe2\x80\x99ll help clients grow faster and work smarter and solve problems that matter and create tangible value through M&A. Types of projects you\xe2\x80\x99ll work on include growth and turnaround strategies, fully integrated due diligence, organisation design, change management and culture, operational excellence, and the creation/ review of financial models. Whatever issues you\xe2\x80\x99re solving with your client, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with inspiring leaders who will help you achieve your goals and be your best. You\'ll quickly develop business acumen, as well as core consulting, project management, and coaching skills.

When you join us, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to develop consulting skills in HR, IT, Finance, Strategy, Transaction Management, Corporate Development models and analytics, and Operations all within your first 2 years. As you progress your career, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to align to a few of these core skills, based on your interest and business needs.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have the opportunity to gain specialised knowledge and serve clients across industries and sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Utilities, Mining and Industrial Products, Technology, Communications, Retail & Consumer, and Private Equity.

Skills & Education:

Enrolled in or completed post-secondary education

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas

Highly detail oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills with an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients

Working Style

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

Building relationships which are genuine and rooted in trust by sharing and collaborating effectively with others

Ability to adapt easily while demonstrating project management skills to handle changing priorities

Location & Other Requirements

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be comfortable travelling to cities across Canada (when deemed safe to do so by applicable public health or regulatory authorities and PwC)
