We're looking for a

Full-Time SEO Specialist

to help drive our organic growth.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for planning and executing SHIPHYPE's SEO strategy. This includes technical SEO, content creation, on-page optimization, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about SEO.

Key Responsibilities

Perform SEO audits and implement improvements Optimize website pages for rankings and conversions Conduct keyword research and build topic clusters Write SEO-optimized blog content Improve website structure, crawlability, and UX Monitor competitors and industry search trends Track and report SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) Optimize technical elements (speed, indexing, mobile, schema, etc.) Manage white-hat link-building efforts Work directly with leadership on SEO planning

Work Schedule

Full-Time - Monday to Friday Fridays WFH after the first month

What You Bring

Strong knowledge of SEO (required) Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to move fast, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks High attention to detail Long-term job commitment

Nice to Have

Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GSC, Search Console Technical SEO experience Experience working in CMS platforms
