ABOUT YOU:





We're seeking an experienced SEO Specialist for a long-term contract role to drive growth for our clients through organic search. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to contribute from anywhere while working with a mission-driven team.

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving search visibility, growing qualified traffic, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to scale Tribute's reach.

Are you a search-savvy, strategic, and data-driven SEO Specialist ready to elevate the digital presence for our clients? You'll optimize site visibility, drive qualified organic traffic, and help scale compassionate technology solutions across the funeral profession.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:




Develop and implement SEO strategies across websites and blogs to grow organic rankings and increase qualified traffic. Perform SEO audits, keyword research, technical optimization, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with Marketing & Content teams to integrate SEO best practices into content development and technical enhancements. Monitor performance via tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and AHrefs: present actionable recommendations. Stay updated on SEO trends and search algorithm changes relevant to B2B SaaS and funeral-tech landscapes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:




2+ years in SEO, preferably B2B SaaS or content-heavy industries (experience in funeral services is a plus). Demonstrated success improving organic visibility and traffic with data-backed results. Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), analytics platforms, and CMS systems. Strong analytical mindset with experience translating insights into strategy. Great communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about making a meaningful impact with your work.
