Overview



We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic

SEO Manager

to take ownership of our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles, technical optimization, content strategies, keyword research, and performance analytics. This role requires someone who can build, execute, and optimize a long-term SEO roadmap that drives consistent growth, increases rankings, and enhances overall digital visibility.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and site structure Manage technical SEO tasks, including page speed optimization, crawlability, indexing, and schema markup Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure best SEO practices across all digital content Monitor, track, and analyze keyword rankings, traffic performance, and user behavior Conduct SEO audits and implement solutions to resolve technical issues Develop link-building strategies and manage outreach efforts Stay updated on algorithm changes, new tools, and industry trends Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations

Qualifications



Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Strong understanding of technical SEO, HTML, site architecture, and page performance Experience working with content teams and guiding SEO-driven content strategies Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.75-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Work Location: In person
