Job Purpose:



We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Zone Technician with electrical experience to support safe, reliable, and high-performing production operations within the assigned zone. This role plays a key part in delivering maintenance excellence through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, continuous improvement, and hands-on coaching of technicians and operators. Working collaboratively with operations, planning, and maintenance teams, the Senior Zone Technician helps maximize equipment reliability, drive performance, and strengthen a culture of safety and teamwork.



Responsibilities:


Execute all planned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks safely, on time, and to required quality standards. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment within the assigned production zone. Coach, train, and mentor junior technicians and operators to build technical capabilities and adherence to maintenance standards (e.g., CILT, SMED, changeovers). Participate in breakdown analysis, including RCFA/5-Why investigations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Support maintenance planning, including asset master data management, performance tracking, and cost analysis. Collaborate effectively with operations, shift technicians, and planning teams before, during, and after maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in the zone. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including optimizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Professional qualifications/certifications in Project Management (desired)

Knowledge & Experience:


2 years experience in Automation Control Mastered required LOTO skills and activities. 5 years working experience in maintenance.
