About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable

Senior Warehouse & Inventory Control Lead

to take charge of our day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory management. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solid track record in logistics and inventory control, and enjoys working with a dedicated, long-term team.

What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee all inbound and outbound shipping activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and support inventory audits. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (Counterbalance and Raymond Reach). Monitor warehouse layout, optimize traffic flow, and improve space utilization. Train and support team members, enforce safety procedures, and promote a collaborative work culture. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and accurate order fulfillment.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role. Valid forklift certification for both Counterbalance and Raymond Reach trucks. Strong understanding of inventory control systems and shipping/receiving processes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with inventory software is a plus.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
