How will you contribute to our success?:
Ensure companies procedures and safety standards are maintained onboard the ships by proper familiarization to the crew, routine inspections onboard and active participation in near miss reviews In conjunction with the crewing department ensure the vessel/asset is always properly manned Ensure Senior officers receive proper familiarization to perform their onboard duties and do match the vessels/assets overall operational requirements. Conduct Senior Officer performance appraisals as per companies SMS system; Plan, control and execute of all activities connected with maintenance, repairs, survey and certificate requirements, dry docking, conversions or modification of assigned vessels/assets Visit the vessels/assets at regular intervals and follow the fleet inspection plan in order to verify and report the vessels general condition, repairs and maintenance schedule, crew performance, compliance with safety and environmental standards

Financial awareness and ability to administer technical and budget requirements Ability to communicate and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders (including contractor management skills) Well-developed interpersonal skills Good planning and organizational skills Providing Safety Leadership Proficient computer skills & in-depth knowledge of MS office, Powerpoint and Excel
