We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our UX team, reporting to the director of Customer Experience Design. In this role, you will drive the customer and user experience through a variety of research methods, including user interviews, user testing, behavioral analytics, and ethnographic research. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders-including UX Design, product managers, Engineering, and Product Marketing-to ensure on-time and successful delivery of these products and solutions. This role can be located remote from any North American location.

You are the ideal candidate if you can communicate effectively through journey maps, personas, and research findings presentations. You are strategic, collaborative, and driven, with a passion for delivering results in a team environment.

What you\'ll do:

  • Engage directly with our customers/users to drive customer-centric SaaS solutions and outcomes
  • Conduct user research studies to validate and refine the roadmap vision with user-driven metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership and the UX team to drive user experience through the formulation of our UX strategy and design
  • Work with Product Management to define a UI/UX roadmap for all features and releases
  • Contribute to UI/UX designs based on best practices and frameworks to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Perform analytics on site traffic and customer/user behaviors
  • Gather critical customer feedback on our SaaS solutions across all phases of the customer journey
What you\'ll bring:
  • 5+ years of UX research-related experience with a portfolio that shows a concrete understanding of research fundamentals and best practices
  • Familiarity with UX design, UserTesting.com, and agile practices
  • Proven ability to articulate user needs into a compelling narrative enabling that vision through research artifacts
  • Ability to analyze feedback, aggregate analytics, and drive concise recommendations into the product portfolio
  • Excellent communications capability for written, verbal, and presentation/collateral mediums
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a UX design-related field
What success looks like:

  • Collaborate with our UX, Product Management, and Engineering teams
  • Engage with our customers/users and drive initial research studies
  • Perform analytics and provide recommendations to enrich the user experience
After about a year, you will\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Play a strategic role in driving the user experience direction of our SaaS Cloud Services Portal
  • Perform strategic studies and drive analytical analysis to inform the SaaS portfolio roadmap

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position is $88,900 - $132,440 plus corporate bonus.
