Our Government Client is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead innovative, user-centered service design initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing integrated service delivery and business processes across government platforms.

Must-Haves:
Proven experience in UX design principles, techniques, and methodologies
Strong background in improving integrated service delivery solutions, business processes, and methods

Experience working in the Ontario Public Sector
Responsibilities:
As the lead UX consultant, you will guide multidisciplinary teams through user research, design strategy, prototyping, and implementation. You'll identify opportunities for improvement, lead service design activities, and ensure continuous enhancement through post-implementation assessments. Additionally, you'll develop tools, methods, and documentation that uphold UX best practices and align with government priorities.
