About the Team VNDLY is a next-generation vendor management SaaS platform designed for procurement executives, talent acquisition teams, suppliers and managed service providers (MSPs) to collaborate on the corporation\'s contingent workforce needs. We develop cloud software that helps our customers unify the talent sourcing and acquisition process across a variety of sources including staffing agencies, job boards and freelance management systems. We want our software to be so easy to use our company name is short for \xe2\x80\x9cVendor Friendly!\xe2\x80\x9d At VNDLY, our software does all of the work for you, putting algorithms and data science to work in acquiring the right talent (Contractors or Full-time employees) and incorporating dashboards to provide complete visibility of the talent acquisition process.

About the Role

As our Senior User Experience Designer, you are organized, sweat the details, and have a strong intellectual curiosity to learn about how our users interact with our products. You understand that achieving great design is a team effort and requires collaboration with cross functional partners. Most importantly, you are willing to bring your whole self to work and find ways to have fun. You will collaborate to develop high level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate user interaction and design ideas. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also run, or collaborate on, user research ranging from generative to evaluative studies. You\xe2\x80\x99ll partner with our stellar product and engineering teams to build digital experiences that distill complex information into simple and engaging customer experiences.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years UX design experience
• 6+ years experience with interaction design and HCI and IA
• 4+ years working with product managers and engineers

Other Qualifications

• Great communication and collaboration skills with design peers, leaders, and partners across other functional areas like product management and development
• A love of experience design problem solving
• Excellence in the work you produce (both individually and with a team) as well as meeting objectives
• A proven ability to work on complex systems and within team settings
• Ability to deliver and receive feedback
• Knowledge of creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for communicate your design concepts
• Consistently explore several design solutions, prototype, and iterate based on peer feedback, customer research, and experimentation
• Ability to make decisions in the face of ambiguity and the need for tradeoffs (e.g. team X needs this, team Y needs this, but what\xe2\x80\x99s right for the entire system?)
• Seek challenges and responsibilities while modelling a positive outlook even with complex challenges
• Experience working with integrated design and prototyping software and tools (like Figma)
• Having an understanding of design system patterns, design principles is a plus

Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $132,200 - $228,000
