Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we\'re growing in the self-publishing model. We also have one project in the concept phase - Red; as well as two projects in VR technology - Green Hell VR and Thunder - a new project based on one of the IPs from the Group\'s portfolio.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • Mettre en place et maintenir le flux de travail pour le service de UI/UX

  • Collaborer avec les artistes, les concepteurs et les intervenants d\'autres disciplines pour cr\xc3\xa9er une exp\xc3\xa9rience utilisateur de qualit\xc3\xa9 et coh\xc3\xa9rente.
  • Assurer que l\'information du jeu est bien transmise \xc3\xa0 travers les diff\xc3\xa9rentes interfaces utilisateur
  • Assurer la coh\xc3\xa9rence dans la conception UI/UX, des menus aux \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments en jeu
  • Collaborer avec des services externes de testeurs et mettre en place une boucle de r\xc3\xa9troaction positive
  • Assurer que les fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s d\'accessibilit\xc3\xa9 contribuent \xc3\xa0 rendre notre jeu aussi inclusif que possible


Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain workflow for the UI/UX department.
  • Provide day-to-day feedback and creative problem solving.
  • Ensure that the work of the team follows the quality standards, artistic direction, and deadlines of the game.
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and other disciplines to create an excellent and coherent user experience.
  • Ensure that game information is well conveyed through the various user interfaces.
  • Ensure consistency in the UI/UX design from menus to in-game elements.
  • Collaborate with outside user testing and develop a positive feedback loop.
  • Ensure accessibility features are helping our game be as inclusive as possible.
Qualifications
  • Au moins 3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en UI/UX
  • Au moins 1 projet AAA publi\xc3\xa9
  • Solide expertise des notions de base de la conception et des tendances de conception UI/UX
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise des principes et des livrables de l\'interaction et de la conception UX, notamment le prototypage rapide, les sch\xc3\xa9mas de structure narrative, les maquettes conceptuelles, les cartes d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience et les compositions annot\xc3\xa9es
  • Bonne connaissance du pipeline d\'animation graphique, d\'animation d\'interface utilisateur et d\'effets visuels
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 illustrer des id\xc3\xa9es et \xc3\xa0 les promouvoir au sein de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe

Atouts
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail avec UMG dans Unreal Engine 4 ou 5.
  • Comp\xc3\xa9tences en arts plastiques traditionnels ainsi que des comp\xc3\xa9tences de base en conception graphique (composition et mise en page, typographie, couleurs et tons)
  • Minimum 3 years of UI/UX experience
  • At least 1 shipped AAA project
  • Strong expertise in design fundamentals and UI/UX design trends
  • Mastery of UX interaction and design principles and deliverables including rapid prototyping, flow diagrams, wireframes, experience maps and annotated comps
  • Good knowledge of the pipeline for motion design, UI animation and VFX
  • Ability to illustrate ideas and advocate them within the team
  • Strong understanding of color theory and how color affects mood & focal points
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with UMG in Unreal Engine 4 or 5
  • Traditional art skills along with graphic design competencies (composition, layout, typography, and color/tone)
