What You'll Own

As our Senior UE5 Multiplayer Engineer, your impact is to:

Own the entire multiplayer architecture: matchmaking, server lifecycle, fleet orchestration Build social infrastructure: friends, parties, voice chat systems Integrate backend services and third-party platforms Optimize netcode for tournament-grade competitive gameplay Collaborate directly with world-class designers and developers

Requirements

3+ years multiplayer development (C++/UE5) Proven experience with matchmaking & server systems Bachelor's/Master's in CS or equivalent experience Strong communication & collaborative problem-solving

Unreal Online Subsystem expertise Backend platforms experience (PlayFab, AccelByte, Pragma, GameLift) Startup/fast-paced environment background
