Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technology Architect to join Equitable\'s Group Insurance Technology team. The role will help to push forward Group Insurance\'s application architecture vision by creating guidance and mechanisms that enable growth and coordinates our business strategy. You\'ll work closely with business, product, and technology partners to translate objectives into fit for purpose solutions.
