Under the supervision of civil engineering professionals, the Senior Technician will be responsible for designing and drafting a wide range of structures and infrastructure projects within the company's areas of expertise. Using Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD, the technician will produce detailed plans and models that comply with applicable standards. This role also includes active participation in site supervision to ensure quality execution and adherence to technical requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and Technical Management

Design and draft a variety of structures and infrastructure projects (buildings, civil works, etc.) using Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD. Prepare plans and specifications in compliance with applicable standards. Perform technical calculations and validations. Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance of deliverables.

Site and Office Supervision

Participate in on-site surveys and technical inspections. Oversee construction work to ensure adherence to plans and standards. Prepare follow-up reports and communicate observations to project teams.

Leadership

Mentor and support junior technicians in their tasks. Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of internal practices. Assist in coordinating technical teams and monitoring project timelines

YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE IF:

You hold a college diploma (D.E.C.) in civil engineering technology or architecture. You have more than 10 years of relevant experience in the field. You are proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit (an asset), as well as MS Office. You have an ASP safety certification for construction sites.
