Deliverables: This candidate will be responsible for translating technical SIEM POCs into internal documentation for internal KPMG users. As well, they will need to be producing is SOPs, TOMs, SOMs, and other ad hoc documentation.

Must Have:

• 3+ years as a Technical Writer
• SIEM experience
• Visio
• Experience creating SOPs, TOMs, SOMs, Service Frameworks, PowerPoint presentations

Nice to Have:

• Candidates with UX/UI experience as this candidate will be giving input into client and user experiences
• Azure Cloud preferred but any cloud platform experience is an added benefit (AWS, GCP)
• Experience working in complex firms (ie. Telco, Banking, Big 4, Government Agencies)
• Experience using Confluence and Jira

Our hourly bill rate range for this role is $75-$85.

More information on the project itself: This resource will be working on translating SIEM POC documentation for a new project within KPMG. They will be translating the POCs into internal documents for KPMG users on a national and international level. This team is currently in build mode and need someone to document what they are doing on the KPMG Canada side, prior to it being released to KPMG world-wide.

I have provided specifics about the role below.

• The role will be remote, however candidates will be required to work EST as the teams sits out of the GTA office.
• 6 month contract with strong potential to convert to perm
• Full-time hours, (please note - this is 30 hours a week in July/August as KPMG is off Fridays. This will then be 37.5 for the rest of the contract)
• Start date is anticipated for Early-August pending backcheck clearance
• Interview process will be 1 round with hiring manager
