Job Description

The Senior Technical Solutions Consultant is responsible for designing, building, and delivering technical solutions that support both client needs and internal product development. This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with a client-facing consulting approach, requiring the ability to translate business and data requirements into scalable, well-designed technical implementations.
The ideal candidate has a solid development background, is comfortable working across multiple technologies, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced consulting and product-driven environment.
This role requires travel to the United States, up to once per quarter. Qualified candidates must have authorization to travel to the Unites States.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and implement end-to-end technical solutions aligned with both client needs and internal product capabilities. Provide technical leadership during pre-sales activities including solution scoping, estimates, and client presentations. Act as the primary technical point of contact for client engagements, owning solution design, delivery, and ongoing technical support. Build and customize reporting and analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft BI, or similar platforms. Develop and maintain full-stack solutions, including backend services, integrations, data pipelines, and front-end dashboards. Design and implement data integrations and ETL workflows using SQL, APIs, and data platforms such as Databricks or equivalent technologies. Contribute hands-on code for contained or medium-sized projects and provide technical guidance on implementation decisions. Stay current with emerging technologies, analytics platforms, and best practices relevant to software engineering and data solutions.

Qualifications

:

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and or equivalent professional experience. 8 + years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles. Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals and system design. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar. Strong SQL skills with experience working with data models, integrations, and analytics workflows. Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft BI. Ability to learn and adapt quickly across multiple technologies, frameworks, and tools. Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or professional services environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
