Opportunity:




Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our Infrastructure business in Canada. This position will also provide recruiting support to the global Infrastructure business as needed. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles within the infrastructure sector. Your ability to source top talent, build relationships, and influence hiring decisions will be critical in driving recruitment efforts in this dynamic and competitive market.

Specific Responsibilities:



Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and source qualified professionals for infrastructure projects across Canada. Proactively source, evaluate, and present candidates to meet current and future staffing needs in areas such as transportation, urban development, water, and energy systems. Build trust and strong relationships with hiring managers by delivering results on key positions. Develop and maintain relationships with technical, professional, and management talent across Canada. Represent Parsons at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to attract top-tier talent. Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities in the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop competitive job offers and extend offers to candidates. Ensure compliance with Canadian employment regulations, labour laws, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical and professional roles within the infrastructure sector in Canada. Proven track record of success recruiting for high-demand roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of provincial labour laws and employment standards across Canada, including Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. Understanding of Federal Contractors Program (FCP) requirements and experience ensuring compliance with FCP obligations. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.

Preferred Qualifications:



Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. Experience recruiting for infrastructure projects in Canada, including transportation, urban development, water, and energy systems. Knowledge of union relations and collective agreements, particularly within the infrastructure sector in Canada. Knowledge of diversity hiring practices and strategies to attract underrepresented groups in the Canadian workforce. Experience leveraging social media platforms and Canadian job boards (e.g., Indeed Canada, LinkedIn) for talent acquisition.

Le candidat retenu devra detenir une experience averee dans la totalite du cycle de recrutement pour des roles techniques et professionnels dans le domaine des infrastructures. Votre capacite a identifier les meilleurs talents, a etablir des relations et a influencer les decisions d'embauche sera essentielle pour mener a bien les efforts de recrutement dans ce marche dynamique et competitif.

Responsabilites specifiques :



Collaborer etroitement avec les gestionnaires d'embauche pour identifier et recruter des professionnels qualifies pour des projets d'infrastructure a travers le Canada. Rechercher, evaluer et presenter de maniere proactive des candidats pour repondre aux besoins actuels et futurs en personnel dans des domaines tels que le transport, le developpement urbain, les systemes d'eau et d'energie. Etablir des relations de confiance et solides avec les gestionnaires d'embauche en livrant des resultats sur des postes cles. Developper et maintenir des relations avec des talents techniques, professionnels et de gestion a travers le Canada. Representer Parsons lors de salons de l'emploi, d'evenements de reseautage et de conferences industrielles pour attirer des talents de premier ordre. Maintenir des dossiers precis des activites de recrutement dans le systeme de gestion des candidatures (ATS) de l'entreprise. Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d'embauche et les equipes RH pour developper des offres d'emploi competitives et les presenter aux candidats. Assurer la conformite avec les reglementations canadiennes en matiere d'emploi, les lois du travail et les meilleures pratiques tout au long du processus de recrutement.

Exigences :



Diplome universitaire ou experience professionnelle equivalente; Plus de sept (7) annees d'experience en recrutement, dont au moins trois (3) axees sur des roles techniques et professionnels dans le secteur des infrastructures au Canada; Experience averee en recrutement pour des postes recherches dans un environnement dynamique; Bonne connaissance des lois provinciales sur le travail et des normes d'emploi a travers le Canada, y compris au Quebec, en Ontario, en Colombie-Britannique et en Alberta; Experience avec les systemes de gestion des candidatures (ATS), idealement Workday; Excellentes competences en communication et facilite a etablir des relations; Capacite a participer a des salons de l'emploi et a des evenements de reseautage a travers le Canada, au besoin; Bilinguisme, maitrise du francais et de l'anglais obligatoire.
