We're seeking a methodical and detail-oriented individual to join our development team in our downtown Kitchener, ON, office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical project management within a software development company and a strong desire to be a part of our growing company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline Develop comprehensive project plans that merge company goals with consumer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, including milestones and deliverables Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes Perform project documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

Software Development background required Extensive leadership experience and strong team-building abilities Excellent problem-solving skills Experience working with agile project management methodologies Strong experience in documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
